The house is located in the back of our 3-acre property, with lots of privacy and your own space to roam. Mature trees (including pear, apple, cherry, and maple), and animal sightings (hawks swooping by, families of deer, geese, ducks, foxes, and more). Open floor plan, with lots of cozy nooks and large dining table. Modern, fully stocked kitchen and soaking-tub. Fully renovated and exceptionally furnished with West Elm, CB2, and a mix of vintage furniture and art.

1 Private Bedroom with cathedral ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and King-sized bed.
1 additional separate loft sleeping area (separate room) with twin trundle bed and twin mattress.
1 Ground floor suite with fully renovated bathroom, and laundry room with W/D. Dedicated workspace with gorgeous views of the pond and nature. Hi-def flatscreen TV (with roku tv) and an all season electric fire place.

"A great apartment and perfect for a weeks stay. Strong WiFi, Streaming, Bluetooth sound, white noise system - everything worked perfectly. This is more a home than a bland Airbnb. Location is very good and a short drive into the town. Bed was very comfortable. Hosts are extremely helpful and respond super fast. Lots of nice touches and if you want to cook it’s well stocked. Our area is the best of both worlds - super quiet and private, but minutes to supermarkets, excellent coffee, farmers market, shopping, and strolling in town. We're up the hill from the adorable town of Flemington - 2 minute drive to the historic main street with cute cafes, antiques, and restaurants. Easy and quick drive to surrounding towns and activities:

For more exploring of local shops and dining: Clinton (10 min) and Frenchtown (15 min), New Hope (20 min).
Hiking, fishing, and swimming: Round Valley Reservoir (only 10 minutes away).
More water activities on the Delaware river (swimming, kayaking, tubing, and more) are 15 min away
All around us you'll find vegetable, flower + petting zoo farms. Most allow visitors - you can feed the goats and pigs and pick your famous Jersey tomatoes

🥛 We're drinking water nerds. Although our pure water source is a private well on the property, we've added a unique reverse osmosis filter (Perfect Water Technologies) which makes our drinking water taste amazing + remineralizes the water to provide healthy and tasty drinking water.

🍃 We're also obsessed with exceptional air quality, therefore you'll find many tropical oxygenating plants around the house for beauty and deep breathing.

🎸 If you are a musician or want to jam, an electric guitar is available.

🛋️ Super comfy and relaxing hangout spots, with tons of pillows and a mega comfy couch for lounging and watching movies on the big screen.

Property Amenities 🏥

🏞️ A small, shallow frog pond (viewable from back windows) on the property. Nice to stroll around with many frogs singing their songs.
