Michelle and Dan’s river house is clean, modern, and well appointed. We did not want for anything! The beds are comfy, the linens are lux, and the rain shower is dreamy! We are big cooks, the kitchen was well appointed and had the usual cooking staples. Gorgeous views of the river from kitchen/living room, loved having coffee on the top deck and watching the river. The middle deck with bbq and fridge make it easy to spend the day on the river. Plenty of water toys for adults and kids, including giant floating island! Michelle was quick to respond to any questions that we had. We are so excited to have found this gem and are already planning our next stay!

Wow! We had the BEST time at the RiVER house. We didn’t want to leave. We had everything we could have needed and thensome. Everything was brand new, the house was super clean and the VIEW was perfect. First time on the riverfront for my family and definitely won’t be the last. 5 star experience!!

There were 6 of us during Labor Day weekend. We all enjoyed Michelle’s hospitality. The house is super clean and well stocked. It is situated right on Delaware river, so there is a direct access to the river for those who want to go for a swim. It also comes with a couple of kayaks and a paddle board. Our kids loved it. Overall we had a good time at Michelle’s house.
